    Three Hands is an intimate supper club series with food by me and wine by Hannah Crosbie. Focused on seasonal British produce paired with biodynamic wines, our first event in August 2021 at the member’s club LAYLOW in Notting Hill sold out in twenty-four hours.

  • Spring Dinner for Oh Comely

    To celebrate the inaugural sustainability issue at Oh Comely I hosted the magazines’ first reader event, a subscriber dinner at Skye Gyngell’s Spring restaurant in Somerset House. This sell-out event centered around the restaurant's sustainably focused ‘scratch’ menu.

  • Eat For Australia

    A supper club series to raise money for at-risk communities and wildlife after the devastating 2019 bushfires in Australia. These sold-out events were focused on cooking with indigenous Australian ingredients like lemon myrtle, wattleseed, and bush plums.
